QUERI's mission is to more rapidly implement research evidence into routine practice.
Since its inception in 1998, QUERI has funded over 200 implementation science experts and more than 360 independently-reviewed, scientific studies that have informed national implementation of major clinical initiatives in VA.
In one year alone, QUERI-funded national Programs implemented more than 50 evidence-based practices across multiple settings, for a wide range of conditions.
QUERI also supported rigorous evaluations that have informed the implementation of national programs, policies, and legislation to improve Veteran care.
Funded through medical service dollars, QUERI currently supports more than 40 VA centers across the United States. Two of these Centers are devoted to providing consultation and resources:

National Partnered Evaluations
QUERI National Partnered Evaluations involve primary funding from an operations partner in order to conduct specific evaluations of initiatives with potential high impact on VA national policy. Specifically, the Centers will address the following key questions:
